New solution
The family thought about taking the heavy Neo (as they liked to call him) back to their home. However, they had done this more times than they could count and had never solved the problem. They had nothing against their neighbors, but they were fed up. They decided to solve the problem once and for all.
Outside help
Instead of taking him home, they called the Southern Arizona Humane Society. The reason was simple. They wanted Neo to get some kind of help, to be trained and, perhaps most importantly, for the owners of the family to learn to exercise their authority. It was here that it all came crashing down.
