Chestnut and pumpkin cream
Among the ingredients we need, 150 gr of chestnuts, vegetable broth, half onion, 1 leek, 1 garlic cedle and to give it more flavor we can also combine it with 100gr of mushrooms. We make a base with minced garlic, onion and leek. Then add the chestnuts, pumpkin and mushrooms along with the vegetable broth. Cook for 15 minutes and add a pinch of salt.
